Core Power

Core Power refers to increasing the strength and flexibility of your muscles and tendons, the suppleness of your joints, the alignment of the skeleton and sequencing of movement.

If you want to improve the dynamism of your forms, and the explosiveness and suddenness in your sparring, increase your core power.

We do specific conditioning exercises that combining breathing, body alignment, and sequencing to build a physique highly adapted to generating massive striking, kicking and throwing power.

When you understand how to generate power using every part of your body simultaneously, you are able to practice generating power with every move, and with every move you gain the ability to express your core power in different ways.
